About Legion and Deep Wound
Now the Legion is buffed with addons that you aren't useless (Pin) and a buffed speed in all aspect (running, vault pallet and vault windows) with a double nerf of Deep Wound. One is that it took 12 sec to mending yourself (3 seconds less than before) and one that the timer is not dependant of TR.
But in the game i played as the Legion i found that it's better to NOT USE Feral Frenzy at all, if you aren't sure there are some other survivor close. That's because if there aren't, you gonna chase that only survivor, so you need to exit FF (and it took more time exit it than the normal animation after a hit, if you have no addon to reduce it) and then chase it.
Deep Wound isn't a threat. It wasn't before, and now even less. So i took some time to think at some way to improve it.
1 - When you start mending, you need to finish it. This will prevent survivor to just mend in the middle of nowhere and, if they see the killer is coming close, they can just run away. They should need to be to a safer place to mend before actually doing it, allowing the Legion to actually use the power for what it should do : wasting survivor time.
2 - Time to mending will be reduced even more (like 6 seconds), but every time you finish to mend, the time you need for the next time will go up, similar to Freddy's Wake up.
3 - After the Legion hit someone with FF active, instead of increase the TR, the Legion will be granted with the Undetectable status effect, and the survivor will be highlighted on a standard 32m range (even this, not dependant of TR). This will change the current standard gameplay with the Legion that is "someone is stabbed with FF, i hear the TR, better run away. Oh, he's out of FF, better walking cause now he can see my scratch mark". This is what i prefer, cause it's similar to the Legion Trailer, in which the survivor didn't understood that the other guy was, precisely, the Legion.
These are my thought to improve the use of FF on the Legion. Of course, not ALL of them should be improved. Only one of this, just to not make using FF completly useless.

Number 3 is my favorite, as it is something I suggested long ago.
