Are we gonna get anny form of reimbursement for the new basement bug?

I've lost items, ranks and a lot of time because I get basemented about every 3rd game and it is just an insta-loss due to the bug. A bug this gamebreaking is unexcuseable and some reinbursement - be it just bloodpoints would be more than appropriate. Does annyone know if something like that is coming up?

    You'll have to bring this up with the support team. It's a bug, but it's unknown if they'll reimburse you for it... it doesn't hurt to try though.

    Again, they're not obligated nor are they required to reimburse you because of this issue. You can give it a try by submitting a ticket. If they don't, than it's at least good that you inform them about this growing issue.

    You never know, have they done it before with bugs? No. (Not from what I've seen, found, or heard anyways...)

    Doesn't hurt to try and ask, informing them about the issue lets them compile more data on it anyways... they'll know how big the issue is when a lot of people are asking about it.

    Of course it's a big issue by default, but it just lets them know about it more.
