Reward System for queuing in underpopulated Roles to reduce queuing times

As the title suggests I've thought about a reward system that balances out the queuing times in general.
For this I imagined that there would be an indicator in the game for a multiplier to BP which is based on the relative amount of Survivors to Killers. So for instance if there are 1K killers in the queue and 2K survivors you'll get an certain multiplier for queuing as an Survivor (as a Killer needs 4 Surv's to start the game). This would help out reducing the queuing times as a part of the player base want's to progress faster.

That doesn't really do anything since as you stated 4 are required to start the game unless you mean if they fail to load into the map. Besides I faIL to see how this is anything other than free BP for survivors by existing. It's not like survivors are rare in any capacity currently it's just a bugreat which gives horribly long questions for killers
