Reward System for queuing in underpopulated to reduce queuing times

As the title suggests I've thought about a reward system that balances out the queuing times in general.
For this I imagined that there would be an indicator in the game for a multiplier to BP which is based on the relative amount of Survivors to Killers. So for example if there are 1K killers in the queue and 2K survivors you'll get an certain multiplier for queuing as an Survivor (as a Killer needs 4 Surv's to start the game). This would help out reducing the queuing times as a part of the player base want's to progress faster.

I dont think that somethign like this is necessary. The issue we currently have is how ranking works and how matchmaking takes the ranks of a SWF into account
