Pig or Ghostface?
What is your opinion? Who is the better killer and makes more fun, while chasing a survivor?
I main the Legion and also will stay to the Legion, but I also like to mix my experience from time to time a bit up, with a different killer and also I had make a break from dbd for several months and so probally missed some patch-informationes releated to them.
And while I here right now, did the ingame chat closed by everyone after 20+ seconds, or is it just by me?

If you want a Killer that can turn their Terror Radius to 0 through crouching while also has the ability to divert their attention away from the main objective with RBTs (Reverse Bear Traps) that create artificial panic... than you should pick The Pig.
If you want a Killer that can also turn their Terror Radius to 0 but does it more freely with the tap of a button (M2) and can do this infinitely when his power gauge is 100% while also being able to freely move around with the same movement speed AND also can crouch and stalk people into getting the exposed effect for a 1-shot down... than you should pick GhostFace.
if I had to compare the two in "who's better."
Than i'd have to say GhostFace is better. For one, Pig and GhostFace are basic M1 Killers... but what GhostFace has over Pig is that his stealth ability is built into is whole gimmick and has barely any downsides... the only downside it has is when you're looked at for a few seconds than "NightShroud" his power, turns off.
Despite this seeming like a massive downside... it really isn't. The Survivor has to be looking in their direction with the camera facing them AND either has to be in full view to do it or behind cover somewhere. And the detection rate isn't the greatest either... so it isn't the hardest thing to do, but it isn't the easiest thing to do either.
chases
The Pig can only chase in a basic M1 chase... the upside is that she can mind-game with her crouch and dash attack and possibly get some easy dash hits off on a Survivor. She can also crouch at a loop and manipulate the Survivor into running off to avoid this mind-game... but in reality though you're crouching and than un-crouching to make them leave the loop and take a basic M1 hit.
Other than that though, she doesn't have anything else to speak of that aids in her chases BESIDES that ability.
GhostFace can also mind-game at high wall loops with his NightShroud ability. By turning off his Terror Radius mid-chase, he can sometimes fool them into not knowing where he'll be... and his red stain (the Killers light) turns off when doing this... so it also makes his chases unpredictable.
On a lot of maps, this is very helpful... but if you chase around low walled loops, than you're just stuck with basic M1 mind-games.
I'd say they're tied in this regard since on one side GhostFace beats The Pig with unpredictability at high walls but not so much low walls... As for The Pig, she can mind-game with her dash attack and fake out her dashes to make them leave low, mid, and sometimes high wall loops for easy M1 hits. But this doesn't always work and sometimes it won't work at all on some Survivors...
So i'd say they're tied with this.
powers
Hands down GhostFace beats The Pig in this. While The Pigs RBTs (Reverse Bear Traps) can stall the game and waste a lot of THAT individual Survivors time... she's limited outside of that, and her RBT kills really depend on luck and the Survivors laziness in removing the RBT when active.
With the right build this can be a VERY VERY good combo, but i'm talking base-kit... and GhostFace can also have a build with his power that makes him still better than her...
GhostFaces Nightshroud ability is versatile and also renewable. Unlike the RBTs limited 4 per match... GhostFaces power recharges overtime and is always on hand when fully charged... topped off with the sneaky hit you can get at generators and such... and this is indeed a scary power for such a mid-tier Killer.
While yes, The Pig does have her secondary power (crouching), which also turns her Terror Radius off... this requires her to crouch about 32 Meters away before going to a generator... and it wastes time getting their when compared to GhostFaces base 4.6m/s on-top of a pocket stealth ability.
You can't beat the mobility and versatility that GhostFace has.
tl;dr-ish
If you had to choose, GhostFaces pocket stealth ability and constant 4.6m/s with it trumps The Pigs delaying power and RNG based RBT (Reverse Bear Trap) kills... as well as her dash and slow stealth crouch.
The unpredictability in mid to high wall chases with GhostFace is quite good... and facing him mid-chase with a his Terror Radius suddenly turned off is quite confusing to the Survivors. While yes, The Pig is better with open loops and another means to hit Survivors... the unpredictability and versatility of GhostFaces stealth AND sneak up hits is too good to pass up.
If I had to pick between base-kit... i'd pick GhostFace any-day. If we're talking full builds with the best add-on combos... than i'd still pick GhostFace DESPITE The Pigs stalling builds being VERY good in a lot of cases.
The issue with this though is that her build requires downs to get rolling out... and if you get hit with a SWFs or coordinated team that doesn't get downed much, than her build is suddenly far less useful. As for GhostFaces, it's useful regardless of downs.

I personally find GF more fun in basically every aspect but that's just me.

Thanks @FireHazard .
Your in-depth answer has help me a lot. Well, its Ghostface then, I guess.

I see Pig as a killer who is meant to slow down the game rather than a stealth killer. Yeah, I know she has a stealth ability but it's only useful under certain circumstances (for example if you want to camp a hook or the survivor 3 genned themselves or if you are runnng surveillance).
Ghostface's stealth ability is far superior.

I've had my snoot booped a grand total of 0 times as Ghost Face. I think it's obvious who the real winner is here.

No problemo.
It's ultimately up to you if you want a time wasting Killer like Pig or a OG stealth Killer like GhostFace.
But GhostFace is a solid pick for sure.

GF, hands down. He also forgot to mention that he can just grab people off gens too, if you time it right. Funny as hell, and scares the ######### outta them.

Both Pig and GhostFace can grab people off generators with crouching or NightShroud IF timed right...
While GhostFace has an easier time due to not having to un-crouch and his movement speed is still 4.6... it wasn't really added since it's rare to have happen mid-game and a little less at the start.
People are so paranoid today with which Killers you get... and it also doesn't help that the grabs are kind of inconsistent at the moment. (I say this because you can quickly release M1 to have the mid-grab animation cut out... unless they're fully holding M1 and not paying attention AT ALL than they can cut the grab animation off right before it starts.)

I get quite a few when I use him, but I play on ps4 too. I've learned to try your best to not look at them until your dead on them. Spine chill is becoming meta and they'll get you everytime if you don't...

Spine chill might stop the grabs for some Survivors... but not every Survivor is going to run it.
Plus, spine chill isn't going to stop GF from turning his TR from 32 to 0 mid-chase... it's still unpredictable in a mid/high wall loop.

However if you look at the stats, even though Ghost Face has a decently higher t-bag per second rate when compared to Pig, Pig has an infinitely higher snoot-boop per game ratio. That's something that shouldn't go unrecognized.

You're right, how could I be so careless!
