Make in game chat for console. that way solo can at least listen and ppl like me can chat.

I don't join party chat bc I had my iP address stolen and ultimately hacked, bc I SAVED during endgame and the guy was mad that I didn't take a hit for him, even though I was running borrowed time.

And let the killer hear and talk when in 30m that way you can trash talk garb campers and let your team know to just complete gens and you can converse with killer while he's chasing aka (you can't get me, oh crap, hes right there, bye, ect..)

    So basically you want proximity voice chat... but only on consoles.

    That sounds even better, proximity chat. But I realize ppl will just party up, so just proximity with killer, and survivors hear each other and for all not just console that's just what I play on.

    I like how you said they already address this, then y don't they disable party chat??
