The Shining License. (SPOILERS)

From the title, this has probably been suggested god knows how many times. However, I watched The Shining for the second time this week and can definitely say it has a lot of Killer / Survivor potential, both, maybe. Dead by Daylight already has a lot of licensed killers and survivors, but I genuinely think that IF BHVR somehow gets their hands on a Stephen King license, they should take The Shining instead of IT. This may seem very unpopular, but in my honest opinion, Jack Torrance and Wendy Torrance, heck, even adult Danny has amazing survivor potential.

For Jack, his power could be one-shot, illusion based. An illusion like Doctor's or Freddy whenever he travels to a generator appearing at random during the time his power is activated. Survivors may hear an intense terror radius, chase music, even see the killer roaming around, but that is all an illusion. During this time, Jack can also one-shot people with his axe. I know, I know. There are already a lot of one-shot killers, but I feel this is somewhat related to a scene in the movie, (You might know which one if you have watched the movie.)

I'm not good with perks so I can definitely not say a lot for survivors, but know that Wendy, being a good, protective mother and Danny, being a bold(at least later on...), intelligent guy, would fit in perfectly.

For the map? Of course! The overlook hotel. I was thinking, kind of like the Badham preschool map, that there should be different variants. The Overlook Hotel I, this will be the regular hotel. The ever-first glimpse of the hotel before the movie gets darker. The Overlook Hotel II, this will be perhaps a snowy, blizzard-like map. There will be snow locking the doors, windows covered in it perhaps. The Overlook Hotel III, this will be when everything becomes chaos. If you have watched the movie, you know who's body will be laying around the floor. Dishes and plates will be thrown everywhere. Skeletons, perhaps, in one of the rooms? I am purely getting these ideas off of the scenes from the movies. <3

The movie already has AMAZING chase music, so do I even have to get into that?

Again!! This is a concept. I would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
