Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

When will you stop adding expensive cosmetics and start fixing bugs that are ruining the experience ?

    When will they stop adding expensive cosmetics? Probably never.

    When will they start fixing bugs that are ruining the experience? They started doing that when the game launched and haven't stopped since.

    Cosmetics and bug fixes are done by two different teams, both of whom earn their paychecks.
