Is there a possibility to add an other location for the merch shop?

I come from Germany and wanted to buy some nice fashion DBD merch. The price for all the merch is fine and it looks very nice but the shipping fees are over 25$ and thats a lot.
For this reason I wanted to ask, if there is any possibility to sell the merch in europe for less shipping fees. Instead you can increase the price from 35$ to 35 €.
