Giving atributes to the survivors for no being just Skins:
Dwight Fairfield: No suffer repair speed penalty for working on a gen with more survivors.
Meg Thomas: Increase the Speed Boost from any perk by 1 second.
Claudette Morel: +5% Healing speed.
Jake Park: +5% Sabotage speed.
Nea Karlsson: -5% Consumption Items rate.
Laurie Strode: +5% Great Skillcheck success zones.
Ace Visconti: +5% Luck.
Bill Overbeck: +5% Unhooking speed.
Feng Min: +5% Vault speed.
David King: +10% Blood Points on any action.
Quentin Smith: +5% Recover from any Status Effects.
David Tapp: +5% Searching on chest speed.
Kate Denson: +5% Struggling effects on the Killer.
Adam Francis: Increase by 1 the max tokens for your perks.
Jeff Johansen: 5% chance your aura is not revealed to the killer.
Jane Romero: Your scratch Marks stay visible 1 second less than normal.
Ash Williams: +5% Dying State recovery speed.
Nancy Wheeler: +5% Totem Cleanse Speed.
Steve Harrington: -5% Speed Entity progression.
Yui Kimura: +5% Wiggle speed.

NO. There's already a strong perks meta, we don't need a survivor meta too (following these buffs for example, Meg's passive is the strongest by far, there wouldn't be any reasons not to play her).

Well, I think it don't need to add these buffs now. if it happen, we should add these buff for killer too. (Actually, I like this idea too.)

To me Feng's looks the best. David is also nice for farming BP.
However, by the looks of this list, you can easily tell which survivor is better than the other.
Actually, looking back, the only people worth using are Meg, Feng, and David.

Devs allready confirmed
Survivors are just skins, just giving meg a 1% speed advantage would make players maining her just to have a slightly better advantage

Passives are a terrible idea but if you want survivors to be more than skins I will be posting final draft soon.
