when it says permanent for the tomes after rift does that mean you can access semi completed tomes

can you still access semi completed tomes e.g when complete the quickest route all the way to the reward

    Yes, once you finish a tome you can go back and complete any challenges you skipped over and still get the rewards.

    Once the rift closes (in 13 days as of writing this I believe), you will still be able to do the challenges for bloodpoints and lore but not for the rift fragments
