[SUGGESTION] Brutal Killer Hits Cause a Status Effect

Sometimes the killer barely tags you while fleeing through a window, looks like you could walk it off.
Other times you accidentally sprint straight into the killer and it looks like you get hit by a freight train.
Might be fun for the killer if these brutal hits had additional effects to reward devious maneuvering.
Maybe a high velocity hit would cause a downed survivor to fall unconscious, or suffer the mangled effect.
