Doesn't the proposed unhook change go against anti farming

They got done talking about punishing people who farm the hook a week ago but are talking about an invincibility period during the unhook.
This is only going to benefit those yolo hook divers who already use omnidirectional unhooks as human shields.
They are making the unhook cancel (rescuer side), so it eliminates the need for invincibility during the unhook. The person doing the saving will have the option to stop if it's not safe, and if they choose to go through with it their points and the hooked player should be subject to the natural consequences of a bad play.
I know they didn't want to do an unhook cancel on the hooked player's side of things, but giving them the power to decide their fate is better than padding the chances of a hook farmer.
