Ability to Dodge and Throw Objects as a Survivor?

I think the survivors need more than one item to defend against a killer in order to stun them - like in the actual horror movies.

If killers can throw objects, teleport, set traps, I think it would be nice of survivors can have special abilities too that isn't in the form of perks, but objects on the map other than a dropping a skid or finding a flashlight

Allowing survivors to pick up objects to throw at a killer, or during a chase sequence, using a Skill Check to dodge a killer's swing.

Or what would be cool, if a killer is about to open a cabinet with a survivor in it, being able to do a tough skill check to burst fast enough out of the closet where the doors hit the killer and stun them for a few seconds so a survivor has a few second head start to run away from killer.

Some suggestions from a survivor main.

If you are a survivor main youd know we are already in a better position than killers. You want to dodge? Use Dead Hard, Throwing objects would be so stupid. Were supposed to hide and flee not search the killer and annoy them. Its already weird enough survivors run towards the killer when using flashlight.

As silly as some of these examples sound, I do think changing it up a bit would be nice. Maybe in the future they can add maps that have doors we can close instead, with the same function as pallets? Gideon Meat plant has doors, so it wouldn't be too hard to integrate pallets and doors on that map. But it's just an idea.

I totally agree with you, but in movies killers are actually scary and have powers. That isnt the case in DBD either.

I only ask you one question. Have you ever seen a killer in a movie chasing his victim in circles just to be stopped by a simple pallet? Or have you ever seen a victim trying to bodyblock a killer?
