Exhaustion add-ons

I think the exhaustion nerf was great and all but now sprint burst seems even more lucrative than ever.
Currently both Huntress and Clown have add-ons that inflict survivors with the exhaustion effect for a minimum of 30 seconds which makes every other exhaustion perk basically worthless. Against a clown with Solvent Jug add-on it's basically impossible to trigger any exhaustion perks unless it's in the beginning of a chase which means that they are used just like sprint burst but need to be triggered. If you are using dead hard against either of these killers, good luck trying to use the perk effectively. These add-ons need their exhaustion status effect duration decreased so other exhaustion perks become more viable against them.
