[Suggestion] "Open Wounds" a suggested balance change to "Self Care" / Killer perk idea

Simple balance change to self care: you lose your healing progress if you are in a chase, a slow degrade similar to generator regression from killer kicking it. The idea being that your "bandages" lose their effectiveness while running away. Maybe a survivor perk (or quality of life buff to Botany Knowledge) to make it never go below 25 / 50 / 75% heal progress to open counter-play as well.
Maybe even use this as a quality of life buff to Sloppy Butcher; just throwing the idea out there...

I think "Open Wounds" could either be utilized as a perk or a game balance feature.

    I had a similar idea that was an alternative to the self care nerf they wanted to do. Basically when you move you lose healing bar and you lose it faster the more you move.
