Do your rift level form PTB (PC) transfer to the normal game?
In tome 1 the devs did this i think, so is it happening in tome 2 ?

This was a bug that happened during the start of Tome l, this will not happen for Tome ll. Meaning this was unintentional and won't be happening again.
Progress from the PTB is never brought over to the LIVE version intentionally, it even says so in the news section in-game when you join a new PTB every-time.
So no, this won't happen again for Tome ll.

PTB progress is never transferred to the live version of the game.
The thing that happened in Tome I wasn't trasferred PTB progress. What happened was that the Rift release was delayed, but the game started counting player XP starting from the day when the Rift was supposed to release. So by the time the Rift actually released, most people who played in the intervening two weeks already had several tiers unlocked. It was unintentional, but the devs decided to let the progress remain. So unless the second Rift also gets delayed and the same bug happens, you won't get any bonus progress going into this Rift.

i wouldn't think so its PTB and it does say in the PTB news message when you open it up "all progress made during the PTB won't be transferred to live server"
