The Winter Sale
Ok so I main Steve and I though you know lets buy the Scoops Ahoy Outfits, but I only had enough a couple weeks ago for two of the pieces, So I bought the Shirt and Pants for the outfit. And what do you know I heard the outfit was on sale. So I went to the store and it's only the full outfit so it is still 400 auric cells just to get the hat, shouldn't it be on sale or what. I have 1200 auric cells and was hoping the hat would be on sale for 200 or below, and I would save the other 1000 for the next Rift.

Yeah, I was wondering about this too. I got the Winter Sale popup, but so far everything in the Store is still full-price. Another communications mixup, perhaps?

So I didn't load the game, but from what I can remember, every time there's a discount that discount is referred only to the price in auric cells and only on the full outfit, not the singular pieces.
but I'm not sure if that's the issue.

I didn't check the individual pieces, but the full outfits definitely weren't discounted (in cells or shards, because cells is what I was checking for).

I've checked it and as I thought only full outfits with cells are discounted. But since I've never bought a cells-only part I don't know how the discount would apply (but I think that the full outfit actually saves you cells).

Yes, I saw one of Ace's "playboy" set at 300 or also ranger billy at 300.

Oh okay, great! There's your answer then, @TheTrashMan112 - it would appear the sale was just a bit delayed, but it's working normally now. Just went in-game and checked it myself 😊

No the sale is working, but I thought maybe even when buying the outfit, even though I have 2 out of the 3 items it would be on sale in the outfit screen

Cause there is The Head, The Torso, and The Legs, but before that there is the full outfit screen, and I thought the outfit, even though I am only buying the head technically it would be on sale.

Ah, no YaiPa is right in that case - only the full outfits are on sale, not the individual pieces.

I think that's always been the case, but I could be wrong.
Whenever a sale does come around, I do notice only the full outfit is on sale and that's it.
