What can light weight max at?

Is the one second the Max out? Or can it go to level three, and what character do you have it higher with?

It maxes out at level 3 every perk does.
If Lightweight says scratch marks stay visible 3 seconds less than normal you have the best version of Lightweight.

Depends on your play-style. Every perk has a use, even if it's niche.

The level three is the max, like with all the perks.
And is the same with all characters, also is a very bad perk, i don't recommend use it.
