Highest Hypothetical Movement Speed Without Using Killer Ability?

What's the highest possible, hypothetical movement speed of a killer without using a killer ability?

Right now, I figure it'd be:

Plague

Worship Tablet + Prayer Tablet + No One Escapes Death + Devour Hope + Play With Your Food =

6.104 m/s movement speed for 10 seconds during end game while you have corrupt purge activated AND Play With Your Food at 3 stacks?

    Worship Tabelt/Prayer Tablet only work when holding Corrupt though, which you are slowed down. IIRC she moves at around 4.2m/s when holding Corrupt Purge (105%) and the tablets increase it by 0.3 and 0.1 m/s respectively. So the net speed would be the same as normal movement. IDK it depends what her base movement speed is when holding Purge.

    This seems about right, I personally can't find any info that would say anything is after WITHOUT the power being used.

    You could argue that "Charging your power is using it", so that's up for debate. But personally, they're not directly vomiting so...

    Besides that, this seems to be the fastest you can go without directly using the power on anything or anyone, if I find more information about it than i'll Re-@ you about it.

    If you change devour hope to get bloodlust, you can go faster

    I'm not entirely sure what you're referencing here, if he has Devour Hope at Tier lll, than it's a 5% speed boost buff when he hits 2 tokens.

    Blood-Lust is a mechanic that only activates when you're in a long chase, so in a sense, you can go faster with it yes, but I don't see why changing Devour Hope would inhibit this mechanic... or if that's not what you mean, than this is because it's hard to understand the meaning behind your comment.

    Let's just use 4 perk slots.

    Devour + 5%

    NOED + 4%

    PWYF + 15%

    On a 115 killer, this translates to an increase of 24%, or about 5.6 m/s.

    P. S: 5% = 0.2 m/s.

    Yeah, but that wasn't exactly the question.

    They want to know this without using the power, so they picked Plague because she benefits from a increased movement speed while holding in her Corrupt Purge vomit during EGC.

    Unless you were just changing the numbers around, than never-mind.
