Now I'm already waiting an hour for a lobby. Region : Germany.

    Depends on your rank as well, the time of day, and the rank reset just happened on top of that.

    Recently I've also had a bit slower queue times at Red/Purple Ranks since the reset, so it isn't just hitting Grey Ranks, Yellow, and Green, it's also hitting Red and Purple a bit as well.

    But naturally, Grey and Yellow always had bad queue times, so if you're in either of those, than this is why.

    The servers aren't down, but there are a lot of possible causes. Assuming you usually queue at the same rank at around the same time of day and get good queues, the likely culprit is either rank reset or a bugged lobby.

    Sometimes the game gets bugged and you won't enter the matchmaking queue, so if you're waiting in a queue for an hour I would recommend restarting your game and see if that fixes it.

    If you don't usually queue at this time, though, that could also be the issue. Midday on a Wednesday isn't really peak hour for people playing video games, since many players have other commitments during the day. Try playing in the evening or on the weekend and see if your queue times improve.
