Since survive with friend have the great all mighty voice chat. What if they can't use the same perks as fellow party members. Only party members will be effected, so only one can have decisive strike equipped, only one can have borrowed time equipped, etc. Randoms who get paired with 2 or 3 swf members can have any perk since they may not work well as a team. Just an suggestion/idea.
