Survivor Wait Times and Rank Mismatches
I understand that the long survivor wait times is due to there being more people playing as Survivor than as Killer. I also like how you have been able to make a really good and interactive tutorial with bots doing certain actions.
Could you decrease the survivor and killer lobby wait times by adding bots to the game for when lobbies are taking too long? If a person (or partial party) waits for too long then the game pairs them up with similar rank and gives them a random, averaged rank Bot to play as Killer?
I know there would be a complex algorithm that would contribute to that but I think it could be worth looking into both for the long wait times and the mismatched rankings because the servers are just trying to pair survivors and killers before the survivors start to complaint about the long wait times.

Bot would be worthless. In whatever online game, the only way to have useful bots is to make them unfair.
When devs will make playing killer somewhat less stressful or enjoyable, then queues time will decrease.

They really have to fix survs waiting times.
According to bots, that would not be a bad idea, but it can be a bad thing according to high ranked games. A good killer will learn bot mechanics and will be able to abuse bots too easily, It has too be thought well.
But yea, FIX WAITING TIMES!!!

The only way to fix waiting times is to increase the amount of available killers.
There needs to be something done for the killers to be honest. We have enough survivors, we need to recruit more killers.

Ooooh! This sparked another thought! If they added a queue # or some indicator to let survivors know the killer to survivor ratio, do you think some survivors would switch? Maybe a banner on the main menu which indicates either "Recruiting Killers" or "Recruiting Survivors"?

They did this for a very short time in the form of a queue timer for the role, but pulled it the next update. No idea why.

The problem for high survivor times apart from the lack of killers is the current matchmaking system, that depletes high rank killers and leaves low rank killer untouched. I issued a possible solution for this (here), nobody looked at it though :/
