Any of the new Shrine perks worth picking up? (other than Dead Hard)
I have Doc, but not leveled up. I do not own Spirit or Jane. I don't have a ton of shards, so are there any good pick ups in this group?

I didn't actually check the in-game Shrine, I was just going off what they posted on Twitter. But you're right, the perks in-game are different... they must have messed up the communications again.
In that case, I would recommend Poised and/or Rancor, for the same reasons as outlined above, if you're interested in doing Tome challenges. If you're more interested in which perks are the best, I would say Dead Hard and Overcharge are probably the best perks there, but I wouldn't recommend buying them from the Shrine since you already own the relevant characters. Poised and Rancor are not bad perks, and personally I'm quite a big fan of Poised in particular, but I wouldn't call either of them must-haves if you're short on shards.

If you want to be able to do Tome challenges, and don't own Jane or Spirit, I would recommend picking up Head On and/or Rancor from the Shrine, since those two are actually required for certain challenges in the second Tome.
In terms of just general good perks, though, Infectious Fright is probably the best DLC perk there (unless you already have Plague, in which case I wouldn't bother spending your shards on her perks).

Infectious Fright is not an option for me. The other two are Poised and Overcharged (along with Dead Hard and Rancor). I'm on PC, not sure if that is the difference.
