Escape Anc Collect A New Item Mission
I have a question regarding this ritual. Do I have to escape with an item from chest or item of another survivor is fine? Because I've just escaped collecting dead survivor's item and it didn't count for the quest.

Nope, it seems to only require that you get items from chests.
If it also counts dead Survivors items than that's a bug that happened where it didn't count it towards your progress.

It should actually work if you collected someone else's item, whether they were dead or just gave it to you. I've done this ritual dozens of times and it's always worked for me with other survivors' items.
Did you go into that match with an item yourself? Because that could have something to do with it - for example, if you brought in a brown medkit and left with someone else's brown medkit, it might not register it as a new item.

I've done that before and left with a different item, the item still counted in the end.
I suppose it was just a bug, something that happens on a rare basis but still can from time to time. I'll leave the link for them at the bottom of this comment if they want to report it, otherwise it just seems like one of those random cases.

Thank you all for your answers. I did the quest by picking up chest item, but I thought I completed it before by picking up survivor's item. I don't know, it's weird.
Well, yes, I brought flashlight, but I picked up key, so two different items, game shouldn't see that as same.

Sounds like a bug yeah if that's the case it's unfortunate, but not that big of a deal.

You're right, it shouldn't. In that case, I would report it in the Bug Reports subforum, as FireHazard suggested above.
