There's a difference between criticism and constructive criticism. Be mature about it and there's no issue. Saying "God you guys are dumb" is a lot different than "Why did you do this?" or "Why not do this instead?"

The Devs have one rule, if you're gonna complain at least be constructive about it.
Not only was that not criticism it was a pointless insult to make.

With how they're handling the game, they don't deserve the courtesy of constructive criticism. Or have people forgotten? They've ignored basically all of it. So just sling poop at this point, who cares. They get no pity from me. They dug this hole, now don't expect a hand out of the s-pile.

Ah excellent, now by your own logic you have show yourself to be an immature and self righteous person, so don't expect people to treat you kindly because after all "you dug this hole, you don't deserve respect".

I don't consider it a sign of maturity to be content with being habitually walked over by the developers. "Oh, maybe if we're just slightly more reasonable this time, they'll really listen." Seems to have worked out great so far, keep at it, I guess.
I'm not defending the people who were punished for their behavior. I completely understand why they got banned, but I also understand the level of frustration that led them to just shout out insults. When people don't think any level-headed or reasonable arguments will be listened to, they'll sink to increasingly lower depths to have their voices heard. Simple, really.

Yeah true but maybe that person would not feel the need to insult when you do not change one perk that is used so much and do not even consider the people that do use it. I was irritated that you guys did not even bother to state how you consider the perspective of killers that did use ruin even after all that backlash and just go on from the perspective of bad survivors. Like most of the toxic feedback was rooted exactly there and you do not talk about it.

Oh boy. There's no justification to insult a game developer for making a change ON THEIR GAME. Especially when it was done for the reason that new players didn't stick around.

Ah so not changing/actually changing something against people's wishes gives them the right to lose human decency?
That's an excuse. True constructive criticism is more like "although you guys have an idea, how about instead of X you do Y to make it a bit more fair" not an insult there

We say time and time again, constructive criticism is fine - insults are not. That works for the Forums & Twitch. And on that note, I will close this thread as you are very well aware we do not discuss bans on the forums at all.
