Bamboozle in a different way

I had the idea come to me just now.. so not too much thought has gone into this idea... but what if bamboozle cut off the survivors but was on such a short timer like the clowns AOE effect (I think it's like 1.5 seconds) and then a cooldown of so many seconds after using it...
