Ideas about Borrowed Time and BBQ and Chili
Hello everyone, as the title states, I wanted to discuss BBQ and Chili and Borrowed Time.
As we all know, camping and tunneling has always been a huge issue on this game for the players who do not have BBQ and Chili and/or Borrowed time. The games are very frustrating without these perk as a killer and survivor. Borrowed time and BBQ and chili are currently run in the majority of all killer and survivor builds to this date since there release, if you do not have either of these perks as a new player in general, bad habits start to develop, and lead to either leaving a bad imprint of what the game is going to be, or develop bad habits playing the game, making the experience even worst for other players. Examples of these bad habits would be, being to scared to save anyone in a game ever, and just working on gens in hopes others would save as a survivor, and then selfishly trying to escape without helping others. and for killer, being to afraid that you didn't get a 4 man kill every game like tru3talent, so you camp hook to piss off other survivors, because you had a bad experience with good survivors, and/or because you didn't have the necessary perks to actually be viable with certain killers.
So a HUGE idea I had in general to prevent camping and tunneling, was to make both perks, BBQ and Chili, and Borrowed time baseline for all killers/survivors. At this point they get used all the time, and it's silly to nerf both these perks as it seems these days the meta perks are on the line for nerfs aftr hex ruin got nerfed and NoEd is being targeted. This would free up a slot on the Meta perks list since both these perks are literally used ALL the time for the killer/survivors that have them since they are abused like heroin as is. For the newer players, this would help them understand the game a little better and learn how to actually play the game, instead of making the experience worst for everyone or leave the game. (Every game relies on new players as well as veterans, so this would help with longevity of this game by alot in my opinion, and hopefully make both sides happy.)

#Bring Back Old Ruin and Add If you Succeed A Great Skill Check, for 15 Seconds You Cannot Receive A Skill-check. If You Succeed a Good Skill Check, The Gen Will Stop Repairing For 3 Seconds, Down From 4 Seconds. If you Tap The Gen More Than 3 Times, It Regresses Progress By 25% and Alerts The Killer Of Your Position.
#Gen Tapping Ultimately Ruined Ruin In General (Which Is Why It Auto Regresses When You Let Go Instantly), And It's Abuse of The Perk Like It Was Heroin, But Damn Was It Good
