Dbd for VR
I personally feel if they made this for virtual reality, this game would corner that market. The biggest games for VR have tended to be horror based for the most part. Couldn't even imagine how scary the immersion of dbd and VR would be!

I'd have to guess there wouldn't be 3rd person but there'd be balance to make it more smooth gameplay

I feel like making survivors first person is such a fundamental change that it would have to be essentially a whole new game. Not that it couldn't be done, just that they would have to largely redesign the game from scratch for VR, not simply make some adjustments and port it over.

Yeah that's why I don't think it would happen. It would be amazing if it was, but it'd waste too much time and distract from the main game

There are plenty of VR games with decent 3rd person views. Idk if there would even HAVE to be any fundamental changes at all, imo.

I think you have to elaborate a bit more, why you think VR would be a good addition.
This is a relatively fast paced multiplayer game. How do you want to handle this while moving your head/body all time?
VR is such a niche market for reasons. I don't think somebody would spend a lot of work in a project, that requires expensive hardware to be used...
