Any1 else having issues with pallet drops not working, endgame continuing after bar is gone or black screens ever since last update with doc and new ruin?

The endgame continuing after the bar is gone/black screens is a known issue, and pallet drops depend on your connection with Dedicated Servers.
If you have any concerns about this or repeatedly get these issues than please do contact the Support Team to see what they can do about it.

I haven't had any of these issues untill last update. Its ridiculous

One of those issues is actually from a previous version as well, but it was slightly different.
In-general, i'd contact support about this if the issue is causing you to not be able to play the game as a Survivor for example or just in-general is hindering normal game-play.
See what they say, they might be able to help you or give you some information on the issue.
