Anti-tunneling basekit
As I play more survivor for rift challenges, I realize perks are not the answer to anti-tunneling. Things like increasing wiggle progression or starting a (invisible) bar at full and it goes down over 60 seconds after you are unhooked and if you get hit within that time, you can wiggle free faster/quicker.
There needs to be anti-tunneling mechanics added, not band-aid perks.

So... slightly weaker base DS. No.

If something were to be done to slow gens down then yes, it is totally fair and would be needed. Not sure about your idea in particular, just that SOMETHING would need to be done in basekit. As it stands though, both sides just have to use their perks. Both sides need changes to where killers have no choice but to play a “fair” playstyle, with the survivor objective being slowed down as well in some fashion to allow them more time.
Youll most likely be mocked for suggesting this though, around here only killers are allowed to complain about the opposition rushing their objective.

You have to be very careful with implementing anti-tunneling mechanics and make sure that:
1) There is little to no room for abuse
2) It's not too broad that it ends up hurting Killers in situations where tunneling would actually make sense strategically.

The irony is I am a killer main. I just wanna help the game be better. Some people just wanna ######### about everything and offer up no solutions tho'.

Camping, tunneling and slugging are not fun. Same for gen rush and sneaky plays. Will see devs solution to balnce better.

DS, BT, Unbreakable. The killer cant camp you, cant tunnel you, cant slug you. Now that Ruin is gone and even rank 15s can do generators, there is really no reason to complain.
But dont come complain when you only see Spirit, Nurses, Iridescent Huntresses, NOED, and Moris then.

Just because you recently got unhooked doesn't mean you deserve invincibility, you should be on your guard at that point, you are a great target for the killer and thats the intention, you are at a weak point, you should be forced to rely on teammates making smart saves and you being able to actually survive and not just get out scott-free because the killer "shouldn't tunnel"

Only if something is done about gens but that'll never happen. DS is already anti-tunnel and if someone manages to still get tunneled after hitting their DS then they're just bad at the game. Never had (still dont) DS since I didn't buy Laurie and only got Myers and loops saved me from tunneling all the time. Not sure what ranks you play survivor in but at least 2 of your teammates should have BT to save you with if you're in red ranks. Looping is already the best anti-tunnel. DS is just an extra safe way to get to loops/waste the killer's time. We don't need to make killers weaker, no more bloody nerfs.

If you played more killer you would propably want Corrupt and Pop as base kit huh?

I agree but I am also realistic about the nature of people who play video games. In a perfect world, (and game) you wouldn't have people who just make decisions but alas...

Bro do you even read?
I only play killer unless it's for the rift stuff. Take your absurdities elsewhere good sir.

Yes survivors need more "LOOK AT ME, I'M ######### INVINCIBLE" actions

Well, it could be fine if DS didn't exist. I could see that to be a rework for DS in a sense, how instead of doing something about problem, devs changed ruin. That version of DS would make it very possible to deny an escape if survivor is clueless and gets downed near a hook, and very punishing if unsafe unhook happens (remember that DS is ANTITUNELLING perk, not anti-camping perk, right?), but if surv knows, what he's doing it would be better to leave him on the ground. But a big PLUS of that change would be that as a killer you don't need to be scared of last seconds of DS if you did "too well" (or because survivor is one of those).
