If the Killer was working with the other Survivors and farmed with the Survivors right after your death than that's considered "Griefing" which is against the rules. Since the other Survivors blocked you in a corner while letting the Killer down and kill you than the Killer can be at fault, the Survivors, or both depending on how the story goes.
Since the Killer just ignored the other two Survivors and instead downed you specifically and than let you die on the hook while nodding... it's safe to say he was in on it in some way and was working with the opposite team (I.E. The Survivors that bodyblocked you at that Generator)
I'll provide the link to the Game Rules page in the forums itself for context.

[The following below is a quote from the Game Rules post]:
GRIEFING: INTENTIONAL GAMEPLAY ABUSE
- Working with the opposite team to gain an advantage or grief teammates
- Targeting specific users repeatedly in order to ruin their game experience
- Holding the game hostage
In-game report REQUIRED / Customer Support ticket OPTIONAL
what're your options?
Well, you only have one if you want to continue this with a report. For one, you hopefully reported them in-game for this, since an in-game report is required before following up with a support ticket.
You can file an in-game report by clicking the "Thumps Up & Thumps Down" icon next to their name in post-game. Once you've done this, than you can move on to the link below and submit a ticket about this issue.

Depending on what you choose for your ticket, it'll require you grab some information like Player IDs/Player Profiles, etc. So keep that in-mind when you file a ticket, you'll need some things before you can complete this ticket AND an in-game report is REQUIRED, it says so on the Game Rules page as well.

In addition to what was said above, you'll also need to supply video evidence of what happened alongside the support ticket. Otherwise, the team probably won't be able to do anything to punish the players in question.

I agree that in this circumstance video evidence might be required, but it doesn't explicitly state that it is so... optional? Probably. Hopefully he has video evidence of this beforehand if they ask for it, otherwise it's a bit too late for that.

I couldn't say exactly where, but I believe it's been confirmed in the past by Mandy that the team usually need video evidence for any offence that happens in-game - body blocking, hacking, working with the opposite team, etc. But feel free to tag her if you'd like confirmation.

I wasn't really looking for confirmation, I was just stating that it doesn't state it in the Game Rules page directly so one would believe this is optional.
In the case of this report i'd say it's since the team isn't able to determine if they broke the rules off of the OP just saying they did, they'd need actual visual proof for something like this. In the case of hacking it's a bit different, since they can detect that in some way.
So, with that being said it would be in his best interest to get video proof yes... if he did. If he didn't, than I don't know what to do for him since video proof is most likely mandatory for this kind of report.
So again, I agree that video proof for a report like this should be something he gets next time... unless he did record it, which I don't know, only the OP does.
