Overwhelming Presence applies at all times

I would like to see Overwhelming presence applies over the entire map rather than your terror radius. 1) it gives more potential through EVERY killer instead of Doc with Calm addons and distressing. 2) It sees use, people that use their items with overwhelming presence can just stop using it until they’re outback of the terror radius, rendering it useless. I expect a nerf to the values as compensation, but it would be nice to see this perk used more
