Criticism / Suggestion: DBD cannot end...
Hello, my name is Luciano Hofliger, i have been playing since 2017, with more than 4,000 hours of play, I have a YouTube channel with more than 7,000 people based almost 100% on DBD.
I ask with the utmost humility and sincerity, what are you doing with the game?
My analysis is as follows:
I live in South America - Brazil. I don't know if globally the statistics are the same, however, in my region the killer players are giving up playing. Proof of this is that to find a killer game is very fast, practically instantaneous, but if I try to play as a survivor I have to wait 5 to 20 minutes to find an opponent (killer).
It seems very clear to me the lack of stimulation that you give to those who play the killer. I consider the game balanced, however there is a specific situation that breaks all the work performed by you to make this balance possible: voice communication between survivors.
This is an external resource to the game, which should be considered a form of cheating. I understand that it must be impossible to know who is using such a tool. On the other hand, solving this problem is quite simple and I do not see any progress on your part to do so.
The creation of a new system of ranks, in which only random players can participate, would resolve the issue quickly. The current system is outdated and discredits those who take the game seriously. The solution is simple, a casual mode is created, exactly in the same way as the current rank system (with blood points gain and player level evolution), and a new rank system is created, this one with a prize ( skings, iridescent fragments or even golden cells) according to the player's classification at the end of each season (in addition to more blood points and evolution of the player's level).
This change would mean that those who like to play only in communication, have to go to casual mode and, those who want to play the game as it should be played, will opt for ranked mode.
Another frustrating issue within the game is the lack of punishment for "rage quit". You tried to implement the punishment system and simply, it seems, gave up on the idea. The number of people who abandon the game out of anger is clearly greater for survivors and there is no penalty for doing so. This spoils the gaming experience of not only the assassin but the rest of the survivors in the match. Why don't you implement this once and for all? What is the use of denouncing a player at the end of matches?
I see that you try to get it right in several aspects, I see that you are really trying, but you are missing points that are crucial to the health of "dead by daylight".
Please don't ignore my message. This is a constructive criticism from someone who really likes the game. I kindly ask you not to reply with an automated message and discuss these questions with the game's developers.
Thanks for your attention.
Hofliger, Luciano

I do not agree with some of your statements. I live in Brazil too, and for me the queuing time hasn't changed much, it is proportional to the time of day and the day of the week. Solo survivor matches are easy to find. Sometimes it is difficult to find matches when you are in a group, but that is expected.
I agree to affirm that group games with communication break the game. I hope that the developers find a way to balance this. But creating two game modes in a game that doesn't have a large number of players would not work. Simply because a lot of people play the game with friends, and if this option didn't exist, they wouldn't play. This game has become a social game in a way, a lot of players know each other in it and play together.
As for the disconnection punishment, I believe you know that not all players have stable connections and the servers are also not 100% optimized. Not infrequently, players are disconnected from the match, this is not a punishable situation, and I don't think there is an easy solution to differentiate between purposeful and non-purposeful disconnections.
Anyway, I think there is a lot to improve, I believe in the potential of the game and I hope the developers can do it.
