First Aid Lessons: When another survivor is injured and is working on a generator you can heal them up to 20/35/50% of their health state with 80%/65%/50% reduced healing speed. Skill check chances are slightly/slightly/moderately increased.

Its basically "give them self care to 50%" the perk.
Cause literally you would get the same outcome if they Self cared to 50%.
