Resotre ANTI-HEM
For me when the change of the anti-hem came in I was happy about it, but after seeing the effects I think it should be changed. Im not saying it should be an instant heal for 2 states, but it should be for 1. They can really only be found at higher levels or in prestige blood webs and they are expensive so they should be worth it.
Another idea would be to keep it the way it is but shorten the timer. 16 seconds is way too long and most times it doesn’t even come into effect.
Since it goes away if the survivor is put into the dying state, it should give a benefit instead if put into the dying state. For example a little start on the wiggle bar.
Also the Septic agent is useless at this point, it needs to changed because it is literally useless. I like the concept but I think it should be like the metal of man effect where it completely ignores it because the mend state for 20 seconds often isn’t enough when getting out of a chase and you're put into dying state anyways. Also 8 SECONDS I think it should be at least 10.
Another thought would be to keep it the way it is but not make it deplete the whole medkit on use, change it to take a portion out like 50% or lower than that maybe 25%-40%
I understand why these were changed because I play an equal amount of survivor and killer and I see why they were overpowered, but now its literally not useful at all. I am proposing small changes so they would be a little bit better, but also keep it balanced so that its more survivors

The purple insta heal is far from useless, bt is already one of the strongest perks in the game and you have it in a bottle, you can pull off saves while injuried

Seriously purple insta heal still basically gives the old effect, but prevents insta-downs if a killer decided to use them on ya.
Pink is fine-ish at what it's supposed to do - reduce the time healing so you can do something else.

I just wanted to clarify some things because I think that I worded some things wrong.
I do think that these items are useful to s certain extent and I duo like running them, however I think that they need to be adjusted because in lots of cases I just cant seem to see them useful for me.
I do understand that it was too powerful and that it should have been nerfed, but no to this extent. I like the way they did it I just wish that the times for them would be adjusted so it makes it more useful for more situations
I understand what you mean but there are perks like borrowed time that do this work for you but better, metal of man could also be good if you are able to take hits, I want the timer to be extended because I dont see 8 seconds as long enough for this, certainly not like more than 12, like 10 would be good.
