Buff the standard killer FOV

I personally think is way too low, this hurts you especially if you play Nurse (you need to have a lot of view, and it's easier to 360 her) but anyway, for the killer in general, i have heard a lot of people complaining about this. Maybe make it default as it was the old Shadowborn level 3 pre-buff in this December, and then nerf the actual Shadowborn to adapt for it?
