Ghostface, Freddy, or Legion?

I’m still deciding which killer I want to purchase but I’m not really sure. I honestly don’t care about which ones have more potential, I just want a killer that’s fun and is different from the rest.

Imo, Freddy is one of most fun to play.

Ghostface is currently considered the best stealth killer, but still lower than other killers. Legion is apparently one of the worst, but not horrible for ranking up. Freddy is currently the strongest killer in the game potentially.

Legion and Ghostface both have decent perks, with Discordance, Iron Maiden, I'm All Ears and Thrilling Tremors are all used to some degree. Freddy's perks are the worst out of the lot.

Legion and Freddy also come with survivors in their packs, but Ghostface is slightly cheaper because he doesn't have one.

    @LegionGhostface

    ghostface

Personally i'd use Ghostface for various reasons, but I mainly use Stealth Killers because they're the most fun to me, so this might sound biased.

My reasoning for using Ghostface above the other two is because he's fairly easy to learn and requires little effort to get results in the right ways, by this I mean getting easy and unsuspecting Survivors to get downed/hit is a cake-walk for a Killer that can turn his Terror Radius off and on at his leisure, the only downside is that the power can be turned off when a Survivor looks at him for too long... but it's not hard to take a longer route to avoid this and than hit/down a Survivor that's healing, working on a gen, etc.

If I had to choose between the three, i'd use him.

    freddy

If you want to go for a Killer that can easily make most loops a harder endeavor to use... than i'd use Freddy (Dream Snare version). The reason I say Dream Snare version is because I personally think the Dream Pallet version is a lot more inferior to the Snare version in practicality and overall effectiveness in most chases.

the Dream Pallet version requires you to actually go into chases and break pallets to make them seem more natural than artificial... since spamming Dream Pallets next to pre-existing pallets will be a dead give away that one of them is a Dream Pallet and the other is not, so personally i'd use the Dream Snare version because it's superior and it doesn't cost an add-on slot to use this version, since it's by default Freddys basekit pre-set.

Anyways, Snares are very versatile and can make most loops a fairly easy endeavor to get around, since most Survivors can easily be tricked into walking into them when you double back to the other side of the loop, than it's just luck if they make it to the pallet before you get to the other side and down the slowed down Survivor.

Dream Snares also make "God-Loops" a lot harder to loop around since they slow a Survivor in the Dream State down for a decent amount of time, making them essentially useless for the most part depending on what loop it is. In a sense, they can't just loop you around the entire loop for 2 minutes, they'll get slowed down and be forced to choose another route to keep the chase going.

In a sense, if you like a Killer that can teleport to Generators and make loops harder to use in the Dream State... than go with Freddy.

    legion

Legion oh Legion, a Killer that focuses more on damage than downing and hooking the Survivors he's against.

In a sense, Legion really benefits from overall damage to the entire team than singular chasing and downing for pressure, making healing against him a pointless task during the mid/late game. If you also combine perks like Thanatophobia to encourage more healing, which wastes time, and Nurse's Calling to easily down Survivors within a 28 meter radius that're healing... than it makes Legion a lot stronger and more fear in the trial than his base-kit variant.

In a sense, think of it like this, Plague can get Survivors to stay in the broken state the entire game, but Legion can injure an entire team at the start of the match with a decent/good chain-stab AND overall discourage Survivors to keep healing because of how long it takes to heal and than get FF stabbed again into the injured state, so in a sense, he's a Killer that literally makes Survivors give up on the concept of healing after awhile BECAUSE of how much damage he can inflict on a team IF he's effective enough with his Feral Frenzy chain-stabs.

If you like a Killer like that, than i'd go with Legion, since he's truly a Killer to fear in the right hands, and yes, even at Red Ranks this is the case.

so who would I choose out of the three?

I'd pick Ghostface for the reasons I stated above in his part, he's easy to learn and a lot of fun to get grabs off on Survivors in lockers, generators, etc.

And it's fairly easy to turn your Terror Radius off mid-chase or out of chases to make Survivors stay on their toes and make more mistakes in their stealth, since they rely too much on the Terror Radius at times to know where a Killer is.

If you like being a jumpscare boi in a more basic term, than go with spooky boy.

Who is your favourite killer at the moment? That might give us some idea of which of those three you would best enjoy.

If you like stealth play or spooking survivors, go with Ghostface.

If you like going super fast, go with Legion.

If you like messing with survivors and/or being able to traverse the map easily, go with Freddy.
