Change the game to Balance the game
I'll make this as short and easy as possible.
Add an extra generator to the game, every 2 gens completed begin a intermission phase that blocks off repairing the other gens for let's say small - medium sized maps 30-40 seconds larger maps 60 seconds, this would give killers time to do chases and allow survivors to do something other than holding M1 on gens all game.
Hooked survivors would need to be re-balanced so the killer can't abuse the intermission mechanic to face camp maybe add an exception that hook progress is halted if the killer is within 15-20 yd's unless unless another or other survivors are also within that range
You could even extend this to other perks in the game one that comes to mind is NOED, in the final intermission (when all gens done and the exit gates are primed) NOED could work for that intermission time before going inactive this would remove the need for it to be tied to a totem instead of the gens halted the exit gates panel would be inactive for that duration
There's nothing worse than relying on NOED and it gets sniped the second it spawns or vice versa your team stomps the killer only for him to get a 2-4k because you can't find the totem
Gens would need to regress to at least 50% during the intermission to prevent survivors 99% then and popping 4 at the same time
I'm a Survivor main at rank 1, i mostly solo Que even so the game currently goes way to fast (most of the time) resulting in a salty killer 90% of the time face camping someone neither of which is fun for either party
