Reworks for Hexes suggestion

Since right about now the only most used hexes should be Devour Hope and NOED, hexes are becoming even more niche than they already were in the first place. Making Ruin an hex that doesn't work for early game, but can help mildly if the totem stands it's really not enough to justify using an hex.

Hexes in theory should be perks that carry a Risk reward because you could be losing multiple perks when they are cleansed and that's not the case for most hex perks by far.

Suggestions:

(1) Some perks should be analyzed if its really worth keeping them as hexes. Perks like Lullaby, Third Seal and new Ruin can't be justified as hexes (Considering how much time it takes for them to be effective and how SWF makes them almost useless in some contexts). If their effects are considered too OP for normal perks testing them with the same effects and nerfed effects should give a better answer and make more people use them, because right now they are only used for meme builds.

(2) Hex perks should have Thrill of the Hunt embedded as a base effect. Every hex totem should give an audio and visual effect that they are being cleansed otherwise there is no good place for hex perks in this game. The few times hex builds work is using Thrill at the same time and by doing that you risk becoming almost perkless during the entire game. If the slowdown from Thrill is too big for a base effect, testing with a less effective slowdown would be interesting, but still needs a base slowdown.

The reason for suggestion (2) is obvious: totem placement and hiding is a mess. I know devs tried to hide them better and said they are working on it, but the reworks of hiding with more debris aren't helping, so instead of constantly worrying about hiding or RNG, killers can work around the fact that they would know if someone is working on their hex right away and have time to defend it if necessary.

Obviously SWF with comms would make it easy to get back at that same hex using multiple people, but it still would give time for the killer to chase other survivors and engage multiple survivors in a secondary objective that right now pratically doesn't exist, since hex perks effects are negligible aside from 3 tokens of Devour Hope.

(3) Only Hex totems give notifications AND hex totems aren't lit, instead they are entirely DARK RED. Meaning: dull totems are white bones easy to see from afar, but not hex totems. Making hex totems easy to see is one of the worst design decisions you could make for hexes. Hexes shouldn't be easy to see or cleanse.

Ruin became a staple for some killers and with the advent of Undying it has become meta. So the suggestions actually changed.

Still think it's a wrong decision to light up totems though. But they did add something to identify working on totems with Undying. Possibly we should be seeing it getting nerfed after some time, because it is stronger than the suggestions from before. At least I bet on it.
