"Open an exit gate Y times as X" quests

Hello,
I have a better alternative solution for the quest "Open an exit gate Y times as X".
The problem with this quest is that it requires to open an exit gate which as a survivor you only want to do that if it pretty much secures that everybody / as many people as possible are ready to leave safely.
My suggestion would to change it into following: "Open an exit gate up to 97% of the full progress Y times as X"
Sometimes I am getting this quest but I don't want to open the exit gates since I will put my teamates on time pressure and they will act more carefully and be willing to let other teammates get killed if they actually could save d them but were too scared.
