Pharmacy Need Rework
If I am not mistaken, Emergency Med-Kit was giving 2 improvements beforehand. Can we change the Perkin advantage to Ranger Med-Kit? or according to the level of advantage First Aid Kit/Emergency Med-Kit/Ranger Med-Kit can we change to? This is not an OP, but such a change would still make players happy.

I would make it so that you get a ranger medkit with pharmacy but also remove the feature that lets you search chests faster. I would much rather have the faster chest search on plunderers instinct.

Of course, the speed of the chest and the ability to reduce the sound of the chest will remain. It only needs change due to the new update to the medkits.

It should let you select items from an item wheel and get a tremendously higher chance of getting the item that you selected.
