Downed survivors escaping
When a survivor is downed they shouldn't be able to escape no matter what unless they get healed

If you can move more than six times as fast as a survivor who can't vault or drop pallets, moans and leaves a trail of blood everywhere they go, and still get outplayed by them, sorry mate but that's on you.

yeah, random hatch escape at 5 gen while being downed it's the biggest outplay in this game

If they managed to get to the hatch before the killer did while downed, then yeah, I'd say good on them.

I'm trapper The gate is opened the basement is next to the gate I've downed all survivors they're downed in an area between the gate and killer shack but I can't guarantee my hooks because most crawl away through the gate especially if they have a crawl perk, and now I'm penalized and my effort is all gone idk if that's fair or not but come on downing all four with perfection and that's your pay off

@Bardock that's silly. The survivor is still alive, and still able to move, thus they can still escape. Just because a Hatch sometimes randomly spawns on them or they crawl to an exit without you knowing isn't a broken function.
Use Deerstalker if you struggle to keep tabs on downed survivors; or find yourself with loads of slugs in situations like that often.
Not that i'd implement a new perk to remedy this, because, well, I just gave examples why it's silly to want a remedy to it. BUT, I did post a thread talking about a new perk idea: it essentially applies Paralysis to a survivor hit with a Basic Attack for 15/20/25 seconds. It has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds as well. It stops downed survivors hit by this perk from Recovering and Crawling until the Paralysis timer expires

The gate is open, all survivors are alive and you managed to down them only next to an open gate. I'd hardly call that 'perfection'.

If you think about it that's the most you can do when gates are open and survivors are cocky but still there's no other option other than watch them run away there's no way you can hook 4 when they're meters away from the exit, when gates are open it's pretty much game over at that point so that's that unless they decide to make an interesting change at some point

@Bardock so, you got them all down when they were in the exit gate? Yeah, that isn't something good on your part, they were just mucking around most like. They know you can't carry all of them to a hook, so there's no difference between them staying to let you down them all there and them just leaving. Making it so survivors cannot escape via crawling isn't a remedy to that, killing them before they get the doors open is. It isn't gonna be possible every game, obviously, but don't winge about it when it happens. If you down multiple at the door, pick your victim that dies and just accept you'll need to do better next time. It happens to all of us as some point. The mechanic to stop this happening is killing them all before the doors are open

I grabbed a guy who was on death hook and threw him on the ground in the basement and went after the rest they revived him got all of them in between the killer shack and gate just got a single survivor dead, that was pretty cocky of them and they failed the rescue but despite that they still weren't punished, however I see this as a good discussion thanks for the reply you made some solid points and we shall see if they ever look at this as something worth changing
ps: I hope they buff the guy in your pic he seriously needs it
