The noise caused by you and 1/2/All extra survivors working on the same generator are reduced by 8 metres
30/40/50% chance that the Generator Explosion caused by you will be prevented.

Not many people use this perk I feel (I dont blame them) and I really like the idea of giving options that are more interesting to entice other players to go beyond what they might consider 'meta' perks, and give some new loadouts a try
