Feedback on Dead Hard

One match, three failed dead hard, the last one being used only for distance.

What is the point again for having a perk like dead hard in the game (i-frames) if the game depends on the killer's internet and not on the survivor?

Why not change it? It is probably one of the most used survivor perks out there, but we ALL know it is hit or miss, its either going to work magically or screw you up every time.

If dead hard is being used for distance, why not just rework it?

Dead Hard is a perk that depends on the last moment, instant reaction, but on dedicated servers, that does not exists.

Why keep it the way it is?

DH is clearly not for dedicated servers.
