He is my most favorite killer to play as and against and I don’t think he is op at all. Just don’t be out-positioned when he catches you and loop him like an m1 killer.

You shouldn't be able to win a match using your power exclusively, that's ridiculous. I've been playing since clown and paid good money for killers that have been nerfed immediately, yet this gimp legged relic hasn't been touched once.

Very strange that I didn’t see so many complaints about Billy until these last couple weeks. I mean yeah, there were sporadic ones here and there, but nothing like this!
If I didn’t know better, I’d say this is all some sort of coordinated effort.......🤔

To me its still the most low skills killer to play. And mostly the most toxic one, if you see that the killer is russian, its like 95% chances it will be a P3 billy. True story x)

His power and design don't even make sense, how does a chainsaw generate enough force to propel you forward, does it run on quantum energy or something? Almost all the rank 1s I've seen thus far this season have just spammed hillbilly, seems to be a power decrepancy between him and other killers to me.

Are you talking about things making sense in a game like Dead by Daylight?
Does it make sense that killers can't reach over a pallet and rip survivors heads off as they stand there waiting to vault, or as they tea bag?
Does it make sense that survivors of all different non-medical backgrounds can all of a sudden treat a wound created through the shoulder with a meathook in 10 seconds?
Does it make sense that survivors can vault something over, and over, and over?
Does it make sense that 4 people can repair a mechanical engine at the same time, and somehow have it happen faster despite repairing an intricate engine being pretty much a one person job, and usually it would be slower with more people in the way?
Does it make sense that survivors don't fall to the ground in one hit after being hit with machetes, axes, sledge hammers etc?
Does it make sense that carrying a map can allow you to see things through walls?
I could go on and on. Just an example of how ridiculously poor your rhetoric is.

Are you serious with that first point? This is a game about a supernatural being that has its supernaturally powered minions try to kill you. It's kinda obvious that the Entity powered up Billy's chainsaw.
You are either going up against rank 1s who have gotten good at Billy or you/your teammates are bad against him. Stay away from open spaces and try to keep him at loops. Going out in the open can be a death sentence against him.

Yeah other killers suck ass in this game, bluntly put. Once you face a decent team, you're hardlimited with M1-killers. And Billy is the only M1-killer who is toptier, so he does have a special place tierwise, if you still want to learn fundamentals.

I bet Oni, since he's a weaker version of Billy. Seems all the 1-Hitters or 'hard to go against' seem to be hitting the chopping block lately. These newbies need to actually take some time to learn strategies against killers before demanding the nerf hammer. Of course, in this day and age, nobody seems to want to learn anything in a game. Makes you wonder why most games are pay to win these days 🤔

Dude, a killer that has a high skill cap and punishes bad survivors for their mistakes, while good survivors can easily counter him, lets nerf cuz we can't get better at the game, makes sense

Not entirely. I think his chainsaw hit box is a bit too generous. Also insta saw can be a little rough. But his base kit is fine.

One way or another it definitely seems like alot of people have a strong opinion on the matter of hillbilly, I think that alone says there's something there worth discussing and possibly looking into.

The only thing that needs to be nerfed about Billy is his Instasaw addons. Base kit is one of the most balanced powers and is just completely countered by stealth, exhaustion perks, any indoor structure/map and pallets. They’d need to be pretty close, have amazing curve game or have instasaw to get you down in those positions.

Wth kinda argument is that? If you pick a killer its specifically for the advantage/powers that the killer has. Why else would you pick that killer? If you select them you think that their power is enough to help you win a game.
If you make chases without trying to use the killer's power then you are definetly not playing them correctly. Tell me one killer who doesnt rely on their power for making chases short, therefor winning you the game

Everytime I see someone making a post like this, without explaining why something is a problem, makes me wonder if I should dedicate less time playing Survivor.

I think it's established since juking a Hillbilly is so hard for you (you've actually alluded to this yourself), that it's probably you who hasn't played against a lot of Hillbilly's. Just saying.
In any case, all that needs to be done to Hillbilly is:
Base kit: Nothing. His base kit is fine and perfectly balanced.
Addons:
Charge addons: Turn the Carb Tuning Guide to an Ultra Rare, Primer Bulb to Rare, and Spark Plug to an Uncommon. ALSO make it so they can't stack.
As for other addons, I would turn Doom Engravings to an Ultra Rare, Death Engravings to a Very Rare etc. I might even turn Speed Limiter to Common.
His turning addons are fine as is, as they have huge downsides. Do that, and anyone who complains after that is a pleb.
