Changing Resolution whilst ingame

Hello,


it's been a time already and I still find it annoying to not be able change resolution whenever I want to.

In fact I don't even know how to do that in the "GameUserSetting" folder and I was trying for a long time already to do that because I wanted to increase my FPS so I could probably play on Medium graphic setting or even more on my 165Hz monitor (but most of the time I get less than 165 even on low).

Sure I could lower my main resolution but I want to keep at least my desktop and everything else to my native resolution because I have a 1440p monitor which is 27 inch big and everything looks blury / not sharp anymore.

Games like Natural Selection 2 allow this option and let the players decide which resolution they want to have and only for ingame.


I don't know whether that was itentionally made so you can't choose it or not but I think it would better to allow it.

What are your thoughts about it?
