noed rework idea
my idea is to change noed to a token system still procs the same way but is limited in time directly tied to the tokens you earned before the gens are done good killer more noed time bad killer a lot less.
so you get a token when you hook a survivor up to whatever limit you think is fair.
each token then gives you 10-15-20 <or whatever time seems balanced> seconds of noed before it vanishes.
noed timer goes down much faster when in a certain radius of a hooked survivor for more than a few seconds to punish camping does not trigger while in a chase.
with this change noed will feel a lot more fair and will hopefully make people camp less along with bad killers not getting to free cheese kills with it.
the totem can still be cleansed if you want it to still be a totem hex just not active till gens done.
