Grip Wrench?

I was under the impression that both the effect and rarity of the grip wrench had been altered to longer hook sabo's and green respectively, but i'm still finding yellow ones. Bug?

Not a bug. The Grip Wrench hasn't changed yet, it'll change alongside the next update (3.6.0).

The same goes for having old blood-webs from 2016, since the add-ons have been changed over the years, their rarity has also been altered. So, if you have and old blood-web from 2016 than you might find some old add-ons with different colors.

The same goes for this, if you keep that blood-web than the color rarity will stay the same until you move on to the next blood-web, its quite interesting actually. Think of it as a time capsule or something, you can keep it there if you'd like or get rid of it and move on to newer blood-webs... but not many players keep their old blood-webs.
