Find a way to make 2k/2e matches feel like a win for both sides
If the devs genuinely want this game to eventually average out to 2k/2e across all games, it needs to stop feeling so bad for both sides. Killers still have to deal with two survivors being rude and rubbing it in their faces that they were able to escape, and survivors have to deal with two people on their team dying, and the other two having to sweat for the rest of the match.
If this is genuinely what you want, it's awful at the moment. At the very least, the game needs to stop telling people that they lost when they get your ideal outcome. Beyond that, there's a lot of issues with how it feels to have these kinds of matches. Right now, it just feels like everyone has lost in your ideal outcome, and that's not great for player retention.

...It sounds like you're asking humans to not be humans... There's only so much the devs can do. Have you ever played an asymmetrical game before? People are always going to feel like they lost. This is just whining, not constructive.

There's quite a bit that the devs can do. They can look at other games in the genre. Identity V is another game they assisted with previously, and that doesn't make people feel like they lost, even though the game explicitly says that they didn't win during a 2k/2e match. I'm not a game designer, and I'm not going to pretend that I know how this all works better than the professionals, but I can say that it currently feels awful to experience an "ideal" match on both sides. This is something that the devs should be aware of. I'm certain they have ideas about how to improve this, as long as they're aware of the problem.

Tbh it's more of what a person thinks a win is.
For me its sometimes just doing the rift and even if we all die i feel satisfied. Or making that clutch play that allowed a person to escape (even tho i died)
